Staffing

Please be aware that many factors dictate the level of labor and staff required. Your catering coordinator will assist you in calculating your final staffing needs. To aid you in budgeting, please refer to our staff rate index below. Minimum 3 hours.

TABC server (Beer and wine only)

Must include one hour prior to the event, the hours of the event and one hour after the event.
19.00 per hour

TABC full bartender

Must include one hour prior to the event, the hours of the event and one hour after the event.
22.00 per hour

Security

37.00 per hour

Attendant

19.00 per hour
